Operator responsibility rests with the owner or the managing agent. If mandatory inspections are missed, the consequences can include official orders, fines and, in the event of a loss, disputes over insurance cover.

Yes, and as a rule that is exactly what makes sense. A shared schedule across all fire protection systems in a property reduces the effort and closes the gaps that appear when each trade is commissioned separately.
