DIN 14675

Fire alarm systems (BMA) & smoke alarms

Planning, installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems to the applicable standards. Early fire detection minimises injury and property damage — and in many buildings it is simply mandatory.

At a glance.

A fire alarm system detects a fire before people notice it. It alerts those present, triggers other systems when it matters — hold-open devices, smoke extraction, lift control — and passes the alarm on to a permanently staffed centre.

FireLux takes on the entire life cycle: concept, detailed design, installation, commissioning, acceptance with the fire service and recurring maintenance. In residential property we additionally fit apartments with smoke alarms that meet statutory requirements, and document every inspection traceably.

  • Planning, installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems to the applicable standards
  • Early fire detection to minimise injury and property damage
  • Connection to monitoring centres and integration into existing security systems
  • Fitting residential and commercial property with compliant smoke alarms
  • Regular inspection, maintenance and documentation
